Ok, well we are coming up on yet another holiday. I have made my loving Frosty decorate the outside. No, it's not tack. It's not really! I may poo-poo the Christmas aspect of this time of year, but I do enjoy the lights, and a decorated tree. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

We have no plans for this year other than cooking a ham covered in cherries. I worked so long and hard last year that I got a nice end-of-the-year bonus. I'm so giddy I might just go and buy some new tires. ~squeal~

I also have a new obsession. At work I was asked to help knit some scarfs for the soldier’s over-there. And though I don't really support the war, I do support the poor fools; I mean souls who are stuck in that never-ending situation. So even though I had not done so in a goon 20 years, I picked up a needle and started to create. I tried knitting because that was what I was thought by my grand-aunt when I was younger. But after a few failed attempts I was taught how to crochet. And after a day of doing it, it was like I had done it all my life. It was so easy, and the resulting product was so neat. I am not making a king-sized blanket for my bed. I just can’t be stopped it seems. I’m sure this will stop at some point. When; I couldn’t say.
